*SPOILERS FOLLOW* (If you haven't beat KH2 at this point, you're missing out big time)

I really liked the pose in this! It was sexy (Riku with a blindfold in his mouth? How can that NOT be sexy?), provocative, and thought-provoking. The blindfold, to me, was symbolic of Riku giving into the darkness and trying to redeem himself to save Sora's memories. It also represented how he wanted to be more like Sora, following his heart and not his eyes. Gee, that sounds like a Hoobastank song. *starts humming Crawling in the Dark*

When Riku finally throws away the blindfold, it was like he was throwing away his guilt and making the first steps towards forgiving himself. Really deep...

Anyway, I finally got off my lazy unemployed ass and finished this piece. I was feel kinda artsy today. I don't know if I'll be jumping back on the Kingdom Hearts bandwagon yet. I'm working on a fanfic right now and will be posting one chapter a week on Fanfiction.net once I have roughly 7 chapters already done (I'm working the the 6th right now, so premiere is soon).

Many apologies for drawing a phenomenally bad background. I didn't want to detract from Riku's beautiful face! ^^ In case you're wondering, he's standing on Destiny Island.
